If you booked the guest house (on your RIGHT when coming down the long driveway), you’ll find Bedroom 4 (with Queen Bed), Bedroom 5 (with Queen Bed), and Bedroom 6 (with Queen Bed).

Best suited for families, business travelers, small reunions, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.

The Pool – The thing you’ll love most about the San Gabriel River Ranch is the sparkling swimming pool. Enjoy a swim to cool off in the Texas summers or simply to take in the stars at night!

The Location – You’ll also enjoy a 12 minute commute to Downtown Georgetown or a 35 minute commute to Downtown Austin

Bedroom 4, Bedroom 5, and Bedroom 6 are located in a separate Guest House past the fenced-in swimming pool. 

Please ensure children are supervised at all times while on the property.

Please do not feed or pet the cattle. Absolutely NO access of the cattle area is allowed.

House Rules + FAQs

Check in time is at 4:00 pm CST and check out time is at 11:00 am CST. If you need an earlier check-in or a later checkout time please request this in advance by clicking here and we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • No more than 14 guests may be in the home at any time.
  • If your guest count changes after booking, you must provide an updated list of all guest names and ages for our safety records. We are contacted first in the case of an emergency and must be able to verify potential occupants. If your guest count has increased after booking, additional guest fees may also be due. Failing to account for all guests will result in the termination of your booking with no refund or credit given.
  • Per City of Austin ordinances, music and gatherings are not permitted outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties are NOT permitted at any time. Additionally, we ask that you keep noise/music at a reasonable level at all times throughout your stay to respect the neighbors of this property. While this may be your getaway, this is their home!
  • Absolutely no smoking inside the house. This includes vaporizers. Please smoke outside and dispose of your butts properly.
  • Pets are not allowed in this property at any time.
  • GuestSpaces is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the personal property of you and your guests. Each vacation rental is equipped with a keyless door lock. For your security, you will receive your unique entry code 72 hours before your stay. Please ensure the door is locked each time you exit the home – most do not lock automatically.
  • Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.  If you would like to schedule additional maid service, you may place a request here.
  • Trash day is Tuesday early morning. If you are staying at the home on Monday, please put the trash and recycling bins out to the curb and bring them back in Tuesday after they are picked up. 

Up to 6 cars may park on the property.  There is parking in front of the garage in the main house and 3 carports in the guest house.

If you use the BBQ grill, please empty the grease trap into the trash bin and scrub down the grates.

Propane tank is provided and available to use, but please let us know if it runs low or out during your stay. 

Please cover the grill when not in use.

In the main home, one thermostat is located in the living area and another is next to the Master bedroom. In the guest house, the thermostat is located in the living area.

The pool is professionally maintained and serviced once a week on but sometimes foliage and debris can go into the pool.  Please skim the pool prior to use if needed.  PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE POLARIS/VACUUM FROM THE POOL.

There are some pool towels in the laundry room. If you use these, please wash, dry, fold and return them prior to your departure. 

Please make sure you are dry before coming into the house and using the furniture.  If there are stains on the furniture, charges will be assessed.

Please clean up the pool area and do not leave any trash outside.  

No glass in the pool area. No children without adult supervision. Absolutely NO DIVING.

Swim at your own risk. Be SAFE and have FUN!

The main home is equipped with both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig.  The guest house has a traditional drip coffee pot.

Please run the dishwasher prior to departure.  You can place a dishwasher tablet under the cutlery tray at the bottom of the drawer.  Please click here for more details.

To ensure a complete return of your security deposit, please note the following:

  • Please make sure ALL windows & doors are locked before leaving.
  • Please rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
  • Empty all open, perishable food and beverage items from refrigerator.  We don’t like to waste, so if things can be used by future guests, or taken by our housekeepers, please feel free to leave it!  
  • If you used the BBQ grill, empty the grease trap into the trash bin and scrub down the grates.
  • If you used the pool towels, please wash, dry, fold them and return them to the cabinet.
  • All trash and recycling to be placed in the outdoor trash and recycling bins.  If you are departing on Sunday or Monday, please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up on Tuesday.  If applicable, roll the bins back up the driveway after pick up. Please ensure all trash fits in the bins, and take any excess trash with you to avoid a fee.
  • Make sure to locate and pack all your personal belongings. GuestSpaces is not responsible for any items left behind.
  • Inform GuestSpaces of any problems such as appliances not working, broken dishes, etc.
  • Turn off all non-essential electrical devices.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Set temperature to 80 degrees if using the A/C OR 62 degrees if on heat mode.

Please note that a $150 fee will be assessed if the above check out procedures are not followed.

1) Main House- The network is TMobile Main Home and the password is MainHome@2018

2) Guest House- The network begins with 1300 and the password is 1300cr100@2021 

There are animals behind the property and belong to someone else.  Please do not feed or disturb them.  Thanks!

There is parking available in front of the Main home and 3 carports available for the guest house including the garage  

Each vacation rental is equipped with a keyless door lock for self check-in.

For your security, you will receive a unique entry code 72 hours before your stay.

Please ensure the door is locked each time you exit the home – most do not lock automatically.  To lock the main door, please hold the door handle UP in order to turn the lock.

Check Out Instructions

Please complete the following check out tasks to ensure a complete return of your security deposit.

To use as a checklist, make sure all tasks are set to “incomplete” (or the blank circle) to see the full description. As you complete each task, click the circle to “check” it off the list.

If you used the pool towels, please wash, dry, fold them and return them to the laundry room.

Please rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.  You can place the dishwasher tablet at the bottom of the drawer under the cutlery tray.
