Head down the hallway to access the bedrooms and airstream trailer. Bedroom 1 sleeps up to four guests between two Queen size beds. Bedroom 2 is equipped with another Queen size bed. These two bedrooms share Bathroom 1 with a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall is Bedroom 3, with one King size and one Twin size bed. Bedroom 3’s en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanities. A utility closet at the end of the hallways houses a washing machine and dryer for guest use. The sliding glass doors lead to the courtyard and airstream.
Best suited for families, business travelers, small reunions, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.

The Hot Tub and Patio – The thing you’ll love most about the Spacious East Austin Home is the back patio with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on, a fire pit, and a hammock.
The Airstream – You’ll also enjoy the renovated retro Airstream trailer in the backyard past the first gate!
Please exercise caution around the hot tub. Children MUST be supervised at all times in the pool/patio area.
House Rules + FAQs
Check in time is at 4:00 pm CST and check out time is at 11:00 am CST. If you need an earlier check-in or a later checkout time please request this in advance by clicking here and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- No more than 11 guests may be in the home at any time.
- If your guest count changes after booking, you must provide an updated list of all guest names and ages for our safety records. We are contacted first in the case of an emergency and must be able to verify potential occupants. If your guest count has increased after booking, additional guest fees may also be due. Failing to account for all guests will result in the termination of your booking with no refund or credit given.
- Per City of Austin ordinances, music and gatherings are not permitted outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties are NOT permitted at any time. Additionally, we ask that you keep noise/music at a reasonable level at all times throughout your stay to respect the neighbors of this property. While this may be your getaway, this is their home!
- Absolutely no smoking inside the house. This includes vaporizers. Please smoke outside and dispose of your butts properly.
- Pets are not allowed in this property at any time.
- GuestSpaces is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the personal property of you and your guests. Each vacation rental is equipped with a keyless door lock. For your security, you will receive your unique entry code 72 hours before your stay. Please ensure the door is locked each time you exit the home – most do not lock automatically.
- Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you would like to schedule additional maid service, you may place a request here.
- Trash day is Friday early morning. If you are staying at the home Thursday, please put the trash and recycling bins out to the curb and bring them back in Friday after they are picked up.
There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is also available.
To control the heating or cooling, please access the thermostat located in the hallway.
- Shoes are not permitted inside the airstream, so please leave them outside on the deck
- AC only has on/off options. Vent fan is good enough if it isn’t too hot outside.
- Dehumidifier: Use the dehumidifier in the summertime for better air circulation.
- Windows: To open pull in the levers on either side of the window and push out, same to close it and lock with latches at the base of the windows (this can be tricky).
- Ceiling lights can be turned on by toggle switches next to the lights.
- Shower/bath sink: please dry the base of the tub after use, because water builds up there and will get moldy.
- Toilet flushes by stepping on lever at base of toilet. Please hold down level for at least 5 seconds when flushing.
- Toilet paper is in cabinet next to the toilet. Please only use the special composing single-ply toilet paper provided and do not flush anything else down the toilet (ie- feminine products, paper towels, etc)
If you use the BBQ grill, please empty the grease trap into the trash bin and scrub down the grates.
Propane tank is provided and available to use, but please let us know if it runs low or out during your stay.
Additionally:
- BBQ tools are located in the bottom kitchen drawer to the right of the stove.
- After thoroughly cleaning the BBQ grill, please cover it and make sure the gas valve is closed.
There are extra pool towels available. If you use these, please wash, dry, fold and return them to the linen closet prior to your departure.
Please make sure you are dry before coming into the house and using the furniture. If there are stains on the furniture, charges will be assessed.
Please clean up the hot tub area and do not leave any trash outside.
No glass in the hot tub area. No children without adult supervision.
Swim at your own risk. Be SAFE and have FUN!
This home is equipped with a traditional drip coffee pot.
To ensure a complete return of your security deposit, please note the following:
- Please make sure ALL windows & doors are locked before leaving.
- Please rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
- Empty all open, perishable food and beverage items from refrigerator. We don’t like to waste, so if things can be used by future guests, or taken by our housekeepers, please feel free to leave it!
- If you used the BBQ grill, empty the grease trap into the trash bin and scrub down the grates.
- If you used the pool towels, please wash, dry, fold them and return them to the cabinet.
- All trash and recycling to be placed in the outdoor trash and recycling bins. Please ensure all trash fits in the bins, and take any excess trash with you to avoid a fee.
- Make sure to locate and pack all your personal belongings. GuestSpaces is not responsible for any items left behind.
- Inform GuestSpaces of any problems such as appliances not working, broken dishes, etc.
- Turn off all non-essential electrical devices.
- Turn off all lights.
Set temperature to 80 degrees if using the A/C OR 62 degrees if on heat mode.
Please note that a $150 fee will be assessed if the above check out procedures are not followed.

West 6th Street – A great place to bar hop. Check out The Cat’s Pajamas and The Beez Kneez (conveniently located on top of each other) for two Instagram-able themed bars. Green Light Social and Concrete Cowboy offer more of a “club” vibe.
“Dirty” 6th Street – The world-famous row of local college bars. Any stop here is sure to be an experience!
