New Ways to Attract Guests

Google Travel

Google Travel is a trip planner service developed by Google that allows users to find flights, hotels, and (most importantly) vacation rentals.

In the early weeks of this year, GuestSpaces properties will be fully populated on Google Travel.

bnbfinder

bnbfinder is a booking platform that currently allows professional property managers to list their homes without a service fee.

All GuestSpaces properties are displayed on bnbfinder and interested guests are redirected to our website to book directly.

Updated GuestSpaces Landing Pages

In 2024, we’ll be releasing updated property landing pages on the GuestSpaces website that better capture each home’s unique aesthetic, location, and overall experience.

We hope to drive more direct bookings with a better guest experience before a reservation is ever finalized.

An Upgraded Guest Experience

Messaging Updates

Our team has carefully reviewed all messaging sent to guests from the time a reservation is confirmed to following up on their stay to ensure we’re able to maintain a warm, personal touch – even in our automated emails!

Digital Guide Updates

Since launching last year, our collection of digital property guides have been viewed nearly 10,000 times in total.

Over the next few months, we’ll be releasing updates to our digital property guides to improve usability, further curate the information to each individual home, and provide an enhanced guest experience. Interested Homeowners will be invited to provide short stories about the property and their families so that guests can learn more about their home away from home!

Amenity Updates

With the supply of vacation rental homes higher than ever, it’s incredibly important to set our properties apart by providing the very best of everything.

We’ve updated our list of required items to include things like cable (traditional provider, YouTube TV, or Sling) and streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), pack n plays, luggage racks, etc.

We’re also making improvements to the standard items supplied by GuestSpaces to ensure guests enjoy plentiful thoughtful touches that will bring them back for another stay!

An Upgraded Homeowner Experience

Digital Homeowner Guide

After receiving such positive guest feedback on our Digital Property Guides, we’ve developed a digital Homeowner Guide to provide the same easy access to important information our partners may need.

Our Digital Homeowner Guide will be sent to all current Homeowners mid-January and provided to all new Homeowners upon finalizing the management contract.

Homeowner Portal App

Our property management software will be releasing an app version of the Homeowner Portal in 2024 that will resolve display issues currently experienced on some mobile devices.

Once available, instructions for downloading the app will be sent to all current Homeowners and provided to all new Homeowners upon finalizing the management contract.

New Homeowner Reports

In order to provide more detailed, transparent information about each property’s performance, we’ll now be sending snapshot reports twice per year via email.

These reports will include information such as reservation summaries, praise and critiques from guest reviews, updates made to the listing, and more.

Administrative Updates

Increased Management Fee for New Homeowners

In 2024, new Homeowners will be contracted at a 22% management commission. No changes are to be made for current Homeowners at this time.

Homeowner Referral Program

This year, we’re offering our Homeowners a bonus for recommending our services. For referrals that result in a signed management contract, GuestSpaces will offer a referral bonus of $250 per bedroom to you. For more information, please contact our Concierge Team.
