If a late check out is available, your new check out time will become 1PM. You will be notified via email and charged the late check out fee accordingly.
If a late check out is not available due to another reservation, your check out time will remain 11AM. You will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.
Early check in / late check out requests are subject to availability and will be confirmed 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled check in.
Please note: Placing an order for an à la carte concierge service or item does not guarantee availability (especially in the case of early check in or late check out requests). Collecting payment at the time of submitting a request allows the GuestSpaces team to confirm and fulfill your request as quickly as possibly when available.
