Our Online Property Guides

We’ve recently developed our Digital Front Desk system, a collection of virtual property guides curated specifically for each home in our management portfolio, as an upgraded alternative to Welcome Binders.

This allows guests to view important property information, such as WiFi credentials, instructions for operating unique amenities, and Check Out procedures on their personal devices as early as 3 days before check in.

Additionally, we have included a selection of nearby restaurants and activities, unique to each property, that guests can browse at any time.

Guests can even request concierge services such as pool heating and late checkouts via the Digital Front Desk

In addition to sending out this guide with our Pre-Arrival Email, we also display QR code signage in each home so that guests can easily access property information, concierge services, or guest support once they’ve checked into the home.

Our Homeowner Portal

Homeowners that partner with GuestSpaces for property management also enjoy online access on their personal devices via our Homeowner Portal.

We offer full-service property management so our Homeowners can enjoy a hands-free experience and our Homeowner Portal provides the option to check in on your account at your leisure from anywhere in the world. 

View important information about your vacation rental property such as the booking calendar, the source of bookings (Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking, etc.), and monthly accounting statements.

Block off the calendar for Owner or Friend of Owner stays (for which you can also offer custom, discounted rates*).

*Owner/Friend of Owner stays may not replace existing reservations. The cleaning fee will be charged to ensure a great review from the next guest.

NoiseAware Decibel Monitoring

In order to keep neighbors happy as we welcome guests frequently into our homes, we also utilize NoiseAware Noise Monitoring Systems. These allow our team to monitor the decibel level of noise and, should local noise ordinances be violated, we are able to contact guests before neighbors are ever involved.

These devices are implemented only when appropriate – such as at our luxury homes with pools or hot tubs, where we can expect guests to congregate outside during every booked stay.

By monitoring only decibel levels, rather than conversations, both guests and neighbors are respected.

Please note: The indoor NoiseAware sensor is required in order to utilize the outdoor sensor.
