Our Dripping Springs Social is a 9 bedroom, 7 bath property sleeping up to 20 guests and offering a spacious main home, beautiful patio and pool deck, and an entertainment barn with a private bar, projector, and a variety of game tables.

The Entertainment Barn

The entertainment barn is the highlight of the property and a dream for groups looking to spend time together! The open concept design keeps everyone together while offering a variety of entertainment options.

The private bar and kitchen features a keg connection, full fridge, separate ice maker, plenty of counter space, and stools wrapped around the bartop.

The home theater is set up with a projector (HDMI cable available for personal gaming consoles/etc.) and plenty of comfortable seating – perfect for your favorite movie, watching sports, or presenting during corporate retreats and company off-sites.

This space also offers a pool table, shuffleboard table, dining table that converts to a fully-lit and padded poker table, comfortable seating areas, a shared bathroom, and bunk room (with a separate A/C unit) that sleeps 4 guests.

The Pool and Patio

Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night on the spacious patio while kids play in the sparkling pool. Just around the corner, the bubbling hot tub overlooks the surrounding valley. Loungers and two cabana beds are also provided so guests can soak up the sun.

A small outdoor kitchen is located at the end of the pool – complete with a BBQ grill, mini fridge, and plenty of counter space.

The Main House

Inside, you’ll enjoy nearly 360º views of the surrounding hill country through large windows. You can curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy a good book or your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. A second sitting area just off of the living room provides additional seating and views along with an electronic fireplace.

Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the spacious modern kitchen with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. The house is very well stocked with cooking basics such as spices, oil, coffee essentials, Green Pan-brand pots and pans, etc. 5 barstools are placed at the kitchen island and a formal dining table offers additional seating for 10.

You’ll find that each bedroom of this luxurious home has a private smart TV and is stocked with thoughtful touches such as wireless phone chargers, fluffy robes, and plush slippers to enhance your stay.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a King bed and shares Guest Bathroom 1. Bedroom 2 features a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 features a King bed, patio access, and shares Guest Bathroom 1.

Upstairs, Bedroom 4 features a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 5 is fitted with a King bed and shares a second guest bathroom. Bedroom 6 features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 7 is the Primary with a King bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a double-shower head walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private washer/dryer unit. Bedroom 8, the Eagle’s Nest, features a Twin sofa bed with 1 Twin trundle, a mini bar and coffee station, and a private patio.

Outside in the entertainment barn, Bedroom 9 features a Queen bed, two custom Twin XL bunks, and a separate A/C unit from the rest of the space. This bedroom shares a third guest bathroom with the entertainment barn.
