GuestSpaces has just been named an Airbnb “Superhost” for the 15th consecutive quarter! While earning this status even once is something to celebrate, maintaining it for nearly 4 straight years is an accomplishment almost no other property managers can boast.
Property managers must meet (and maintain) the following requirements to become a Superhost:
- Maintain a 4.8 or higher overall rating
- Maintain a 90% or higher response rate
- Maintain less than 1% cancellation rate
- Host at least 10 reservations (or 3 reservations totaling at least 100 nights)
