Check in time is at 4:00 pm CST and check out time is at 11:00 am CST.

• No more than 14 guests may be in the home at any time.
• If your guest count changes after booking, you must provide an updated list of all guest names and ages for our safety records. We are contacted first in the case of an emergency and must be able to verify potential occupants. If your guest count has increased after booking, additional guest fees may also be due. Failing to account for all guests will result in the termination of your booking with no refund or credit given.
• Per City of Austin ordinances, music and gatherings are not permitted outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties are NOT permitted at any time. Additionally, we ask that you keep noise/music at a reasonable level at all times throughout your stay to respect the neighbors of this property. While this may be your getaway, this is their home!
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house. This includes vaporizers. Please smoke outside and dispose of your butts properly.
• Pets are not allowed in this property at any time.
• GuestSpaces is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the personal property of you and your guests. Each vacation rental is equipped with a keyless door lock. For your security, you will receive your unique entry code 72 hours before your stay. Please ensure the door is locked each time you exit the home – most do not lock automatically.
• Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.  If you would like to schedule additional maid service, you may place a request here.
• Trash day is Friday early morning. If you are staying at the home Thursday, please put the trash and recycling bins out to the curb and bring them back in Friday after they are picked up. Please note that recycling must be placed directly in the blue bin WITHOUT a bag. Please see the city’s simple guide to what to can and cannot be recycled here: https://www.austintexas.gov/recycling

You may park in the driveway or on the street.

To control the heating or cooling, please access the thermostat located upstairs in the hallway.

Pool and outdoor hours are from 8am-10pm.  Please keep your noise levels to a minimum when outside as we have close neighbors.

-Please keep the pool covered when not in use

To ensure a complete return of your security deposit, please note the following:

• Please make sure ALL windows & doors are locked before leaving.
• Please rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
• Empty all open, perishable food and beverage items from refrigerator.  We don’t like to waste, so if things can be used by future guests, or taken by our housekeepers, please feel free to leave it!  
• All trash and recycling to be placed in the outdoor trash and recycling bins which are located outside.  Please note that recycling must be placed directly in the blue bin WITHOUT a bag. Please see the city’s simple guide to what to can and cannot be recycled here: https://www.austintexas.gov/recycling
• Please do a final walk through before you depart and make sure to locate and pack all of your personal belongings. GuestSpaces is not responsible for any items left behind.  We are happy to ship anything back to you, but you will be responsible for shipping fees plus there will be a $25 handling fee.
• Inform GuestSpaces of any problems such as appliances not working, broken dishes, etc.
• Turn off all non-essential electrical devices.
• Turn off all lights.

• Set temperature to 80 degrees if using the A/C OR 62 degrees if on heat mode.

Please note that a $150 fee will be assessed if the above check out procedures are not followed.
